Then Barnabas von Geczy and his beautiful Tango "Blauer Himmel" aka "blue skies" written by Mr. Rixner

There's a fair amount of Alix Combelle on my Django Reinhardt lists, btw..... :) I do have some Kok and Widmann, I also think that I have posted some Kok in the last year, actually....I'll have to check. I think I'm going to have to put another list together of some of this stuff soon.
ReplyDeleteYes - you are right - i simply forgot that Mr.Reinhardt used to play with Alix Combelles band.I had my player on "random" - during writing - so i just mentioned it -no offense meant :-)
